27 March 2007Lets take a look back in to decades from 50’s to 80’s. Volkswagen dominated the car market around the world. All thanks to the hype created by the company. The car was so well marketed that the name of Volkswagen became the household word.
Volkswagen had been the heart throb of car lovers since 1950’s. Commonly known as people car it fitted the budget of average earner.
Gradually with the shift in public taste, a desire for new breed of cars started to generate. The company stood up to the public demand and by mid 70’s introduced Volkswagen GOLF. The cars that rolled out the assembly line used the same car parts and car accessories which were being previously used by Volkswagen.
With the time changing and the demand for new and innovative cars kept on increasing the Company introduced yet another winner Volkswagen EOS.
The Beetle out of many models introduced by the company still remains to be in main stream and the driving force behind all other successful model of cars.
Though many car manufacturers introduced new brands and varieties of cars, Volkswagen still lives on with the same reputation
